Lead capital projects onsite in London, Ontario, using project engineering expertise and technical leadership to improve Ingredion’s facility. Manage execution from concept through operations handoff.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee multiple engineering projects at Ingredion’s London facility. You will coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders while applying engineering design practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Project Engineering Manager and has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead capital projects through design, construction, commissioning, startup, and handoff
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and engineering partners
- Develop and review P&IDs;,



equipment specifications, and control strategies
- Provide technical support to Maintenance, EHSS, and Quality departments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum seven years’ project engineering experience in manufacturing or industry
- Qualified Engineer designation or eligibility within one year
- Experience managing capital projects and external engineering resources
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Office, and industrial safety standards
