BrokerLink seeks a Manager, Analytics with strong business acumen and strategic thinking. You will guide analytics initiatives supporting operational performance, customer experience, retention, growth, Commercial Insurance, and incentive reporting. The role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, business modelling, predictive analytics, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic analytics initiatives across insurance business priorities
- Translate complex data into insights and recommendations
- Own analytics roadmap, intake, priorities, and delivery risks
- Coach teams and strengthen documentation, knowledge sharing,



and continuity
- Ensure reporting accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and testing

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical or business discipline
- Three-plus years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Five-plus years’ experience managing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and MS Access
- Solid analytical judgement, communication, planning, and stakeholder management
