The Construction Project Controls Officer establishes standardized methods across the project lifecycle. The role supports construction planning, cost control, schedule management, and contract administration. It also coordinates training and process improvements for project teams and current staff.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Project Controls Officer in construction
- Advanced construction scheduling and cost control knowledge
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project
- Hands-on experience with Procore, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction management experience
