Canada Cartage seeks a Billing Supervisor to support daily billing operations and guide approximately eight to ten Billing Clerks. You will oversee invoicing, resolve discrepancies, support EDI and TMS processes, and assist weekly gross driver payroll. The role works closely with Operations, IT, Credit and Collections, and customers to address missing data, disputes, and transmission issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accurate, timely customer invoicing activities
- Guide approximately eight to ten Billing Clerks
- Resolve operational data and billing mismatches
- Support EDI mapping and invoice transmission troubleshooting
- Rate trips for weekly gross driver payroll
Requirements:
- Three to five years of transportation experience required
- Billing, dispatch, or trucking operations experience
- Experience with A1, TruckMate, or similar TMS
- Experience with EDI billing processes
- Previous supervisory or lead experience
