The Senior Manager, Finance, provides hands-on leadership across the Canadian Finance mandate. You will guide planning, performance reporting, decision support, and team development. The position requires executive communication, financial modelling, and technology-enabled process improvement, including AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate Canadian strategies into financial priorities and initiatives
- Lead Finance Business Plan delivery, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
- Supervise forecasting, planning, and long-range planning cycles
- Develop models, scenarios, and dashboards for performance visibility




- Identify and escalate financial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Seven to ten or more years of progressive Finance experience
- Experience with planning, business partnership, and people leadership
- Senior leadership advising and recommendation communication experience
- Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
