This Yard Controller Help Desk role directs personnel, vehicles, and track access within yard limits. You will coordinate dispatching, maintain communication, and support secure, reliable operations. The work requires rail operations knowledge, computer systems proficiency, and decisive incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control personnel, rail vehicles, maintenance vehicles, and track access
- Operate S&TCS;, SCADA, Siemens dispatch, CCTV, and control systems
- Coordinate dispatching, launches, removals, authorities, work zones, and access
- Monitor incidents, delays, failures, alarms, and fault conditions
- Complete reports, investigations, database updates,



and technical follow-up

Requirements:

- High school diploma and two-year technical, electrical, or computer diploma
- Six years’ relevant experience may replace the community college diploma
- Experience directing train movements in high-volume operational environments
- Computer, communications, analysis, decision-making, and attention-to-detail proficiency
- Availability for 24/7 operations, overtime, and on-call assignments
