Transportation analysis and traffic modeling define this full time Artelia Canada opportunity for a Junior Transportation Analyst within Mobility and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
You will prepare transportation studies, review traffic operations, and support mobility analysis. The work includes Synchro, SIDRA, AIMSUN, VISUM/VISSIM, SynchroSim, and technical reporting. Artelia Canada combines local expertise with the international Artelia Group across mobility and related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review transportation and traffic studies
- Conduct intersection analysis using Synchro and SIDRA
- Participate in mobility modeling and simulation
- Design urban roads, intersections, bicycle lanes, and bus lanes
- Coordinate technical reports and represent project teams to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Work toward Ontario P.Eng. licensure
- Knowledge of transportation engineering standards
- Strong report-writing and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with civil engineering design software and English
