As Senior Analyst, AI Operations and Governance, you will support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, LLM gateways, and enterprise AI services. You will help manage access, configurations, service health, lifecycle controls, operational readiness, and responsible adoption. Collaboration spans architecture, security, infrastructure, data, legal, privacy, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI services
- Monitor platform health, adoption, incidents, releases, and root causes
- Manage LLM gateway providers, models, policies, quotas, and logging
- Govern agent registration, approvals, testing,
deployment, and retirement
- Maintain dashboards, runbooks, reporting, and audit evidence
Requirements:
- Five or more years in enterprise platform or cloud operations
- Hands-on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Entra ID experience
- Experience with AI governance, service management, security, or compliance
- Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, APIs, or Microsoft Graph
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
