Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a Lead Counsel to join its Legal Services team in a hybrid work workplace. The role focuses on transactional and non-transactional work, including structuring and documenting financing arrangements and providing strategic legal guidance to engineering and investment activities.

The candidate will lead negotiations, coordinate with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with the Export Development Act and related statutes.
