Own end-to-end payroll and Rippling administration for approximately 200 employees across British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon. Work in Abbotsford, with hybrid work considered.

Klassen Group seeks a payroll and HR operations specialist reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will manage payroll legislation, HR systems, workers’ compensation, and reporting. The work includes Finance, HR, and Information Team collaboration, while focusing on systems, numbers, and rules rather than investigations or manager coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run payroll for salaried, hourly, and driver employees
- Process statutory pay, deductions, ROEs, T4s, and W-2s
- Administer Rippling configuration, workflows, permissions, and integrations
- Manage workers’ compensation accounts, claims, premiums,



and reporting
- Build headcount, turnover, overtime, and time-off reports

Requirements:

- Five-plus years owning payroll and HR operations end to end
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, CRA requirements, and BC standards
- Advanced HRIS, payroll system, Excel, and reporting skills
- US payroll experience, preferably Washington or Oregon
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada and onsite availability
