Reporting to the Director of Care, this permanent full-time leadership position oversees clinical operations at Sienna Senior Living. You will guide nursing staff, coordinate individualized care plans, monitor outcomes, and support regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent post-diploma education
- Current registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
- Minimum one year of nursing experience in Long Term Care
- Two to three years’ managerial or supervisory nursing experience
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and required checks
