This experienced Collision Estimator position requires at least two years of collision estimating experience. You will assess EVs, hybrids, ADAS-equipped vehicles, and advanced materials while planning OEM-compliant repairs. The work combines insurance procedures, vehicle technology, customer service, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare timely estimates using industry-standard software
- Assess damage on EVs, hybrids, and ADAS-equipped vehicles
- Identify high-voltage procedures and required calibrations
- Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers




- Support accurate, protected, quality-focused repair planning

Requirements:

- At least two years of collision estimating experience
- Strong automotive knowledge and repair process understanding
- Familiarity with insurance procedures and industry standards
- Proficiency with Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software
