Lead enterprise infrastructure security at Vancouver School Board with Microsoft 365 and network expertise. This is a 100% in-person Vancouver position.

As IT Supervisor, Infrastructure, Security and Compliance, you will lead network, security, and compliance functions within the Learning and Information Technology Division. The position oversees infrastructure planning, implementation, and management while supporting the District’s technology roadmap. You will supervise technical staff, manage complex projects, and administer Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions. The role reports to the Manager, Infrastructure Security and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, direct, and evaluate assigned Infrastructure team employees
- Coordinate complex projects, service improvements, and technical staff duties




- Secure wired and wireless District network infrastructure
- Maintain firewalls, NAC, VPN, web filtering, and MDR technologies
- Administer Microsoft 365 identity, access, and compliance solutions

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Five or more years supervising technical staff
- Advanced Microsoft 365, Entra, and Purview administration experience
- Expertise managing enterprise firewalls and network security controls
- Ability to work outside regular business hours
