RBC’s Global Functions Technology team seeks an experienced Oracle ERP PM / PCO. You will manage Oracle Fusion ERP consolidation, transformation, and integration programs across business units and regions. The work spans project financials, risks, executive reporting, and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation and transformation programs
- Drive governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Manage milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Coordinate deployment, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Facilitate steering committees, workshops,



and executive presentations

Requirements:

- Eight or more years supporting large-scale ERP implementations
- Solid Oracle ERP Cloud transformation and consolidation experience
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, and HCM
- Experience with governance, forecasting, executive reporting, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Clarity
