Lead self-storage operations across Etobicoke and assigned Ontario facilities with occupancy management, customer experience, and cost-control expertise. Regular travel between sites is required.

Reporting to the Director, Self Storage Operations, the Area Manager leads facility-level execution across QuadReal Self Storage Management’s portfolio. This role emphasizes consistent service, safety, compliance, scalable practices, occupancy growth, and customer retention. You will coach Site Managers and coordinate with Head Office partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations across assigned self-storage facilities
- Visit sites to assess performance, service, and compliance
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and customer retention initiatives




- Coach Site Managers and guide performance improvement
- Monitor budgets, reporting, risks, and operational standards

Requirements:

- Five or more years of operations experience
- Two or more years in multi-site or supervisory work
- Leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Proficiency with property management or operations software
- Valid driver’s licence and regular Ontario travel availability
