Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Ops & Labour Relations to lead HR Operations and Labour Relations support for sites with fewer than 200 employees.
Reporting to Josh Torres, VP, Labour Relations & Site HR, you will manage day-to-day Employee and Labour Relations issues while coaching HR Managers and site HR teams to strengthen consistency and capability across the network. You will ensure HR policy and collective agreements are applied consistently, partner with Operations
