Direct global equity program administration for Brookfield’s NYSE and TSX businesses, partnering with Shareworks and TSX Trust. As Director of Equity Compensation, you will oversee Analysts handling transactional employee activity across publicly traded programs. You will manage operational visibility, quality reviews, vendor resolution, and escalation of complex equity and cross-border tax questions. Maintain controls that identify errors before payroll or filings Escalate complex equity and cross-border tax questions Manage peak periods through planning and backup coverage Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution Knowledge of equity platforms, including Shareworks preferred Public-company SOX-type controls experience is an asset Apply global equity knowledge, vendor management, and disciplined controls to Brookfield’s time-sensitive compensation operations. #
