In this role, you will support the financial controller with the oversight of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes. supporting annual audits and resolving audit findings Research and apply new accounting standards, and document accounting policies and positions Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, accruals, and revenue recognition Support regulatory, lender, and board reporting requirements Coach, develop, and manage a team of accounting professionals 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role Strong technical knowledge Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
