Our rapidly growing manufacturing client is on the lookout for a driven, experienced, and strategic Corporate Controller to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership and board members, formulate finance policies and internal controls, and lead a dedicated accounting team. You will play a vital role in overseeing public company reporting and providing the financial insights that fuel business decisions. and internal controls/SOX frameworks to sustain rapid growth.Oversee public company reporting, risk management, and work with external legal counsel and partners for reporting requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally across internal departments, including Operations and HR, serving as a trusted business partner.Utilise Infor ERP and Microsoft applications to drive financial processes and reporting.CPA designation required.Previous Public Accounting experience is prefered.Demonstrated experience with Canadian or US public company reporting and internal controls/SOX;
