This Director, Health, Safety and Environment Programs and Compliance role reports to the Vice President, HSE. You will develop corporate standards, performance metrics, management systems, and compliance programs supporting operations nationwide. The position partners with business leaders, field teams, project management, regulators, auditors, clients, and industry associations. Govern provincial, federal, and municipal HSE compliance programs Direct field inspections, management reviews, and regulatory assessments Build corrective actions and verify organizational implementation Bachelor's degree in occupational health, environmental science, or related field ~10+ years progressive Health, Safety and Environmental leadership ~ Five years senior management or director-level experience ~ Strong regulatory, stakeholder, analytical, and change management skills Use senior compliance leadership, COR® expertise, and stakeholder influence to strengthen Modern Niagara’s Canadian HSE performance. #
