As a Mental Health Specialist, you will collaborate with Disability Claims teams on mental health case management. Your work supports claims practices, risk management, case manager capability, and disability outcomes. You will also contribute to Plan Member mental health and Plan Sponsor organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review mental health disability claims and document case reviews
- Recommend community resources supporting Plan Member mental health recovery
- Coach case managers on mental health disability claims




- Deliver training on mental health topics and requirements
- Develop innovations and participate in strategic working groups

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent
- Clinical work experience in mental health
- Ability to coach, influence, and collaborate effectively
- Solid analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with PC applications
