You will coordinate baseline development, fortnightly programme updates, site data checks, and schedule analysis. The position also supports bids through RFP review and pursuit scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead each project baseline schedule
- Refresh every live programme fortnightly
- Verify progress data through periodic site visits
- Model changes and unforeseen conditions
- Prepare time impact and what-if analyses

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of construction scheduling experience
- Experience with building construction scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Experience programming complex MEP installations
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently
