The Project Manager coordinates one or multiple aircraft maintenance projects while managing budgets, plans, and schedules. You will work with Finance, customers, and internal departments to maintain project progress, approvals, invoices, reports, and service quality. Aviation experience and advanced Excel skills are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance projects according to budgets, plans, and schedules
- Coordinate customer approvals, updates, deposits, and invoice reviews
- Lead team meetings and provide timely project status reports
- Validate final invoices and analyze production and financial margins
- Address post-project customer issues and maintain service quality
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field
- Five to eight years of required aviation experience
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel, and adaptable computer skills
