Park Paving Ltd. seeks an experienced Civil Construction Estimator for municipal infrastructure, roadways, earthworks, site development, asphalt, concrete, underground, and surface works. The position supports commercial, industrial, and land development projects. You will collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams throughout project pursuit and turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents
- Develop labour, equipment, material, and production assumptions




- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identify risks, scope gaps, and constructability issues

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of civil construction estimating experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and production
- Experience preparing quantity take-offs and detailed estimates
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender requirements
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
