This Vice President leads the Global ORM function and supports the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. The role oversees enterprise operational risk across Manulife, including frameworks, risk appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, indicators, reporting, and supporting technology. It also guides resilience and crisis risk teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Global ORM function across Manulife
- Implement the enterprise-level operational risk management program
- Oversee frameworks, policies, standards, and risk appetite
- Lead assessments, incident data, scenarios, indicators,



and reporting
- Engage regulators, committees, and global functional groups

Requirements:

- At least 12-15 years in resiliency, crisis management, and ORM
- Large-enterprise operations and business experience
- Global transformation and execution experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States regulatory environments
- Robust communication, influence, analysis, and leadership skills
