Riverside.fm is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will lead onboarding sessions, train customers on recent features, and create impactful resources to support customers and internal teams.
Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and retention, making you a key contributor to Riverside.fm’s success. You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams, deliver live virtual trainings, and help customers realize value quickly through well-structured
