Key Responsibilities:

- Review proposal specifications, drawings, and pre-bid meeting information
- Calculate complete material and scope quantity takeoffs
- Incorporate historical productivity and purchasing data into estimates
- Monitor client addenda and advise estimating teams




- Research vendors and subcontractors for designated scopes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Ten-plus years in construction, estimating, or cost control
- Advanced knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software
- Specialized alternative construction delivery methods experience
- Ability to lead large or complex pursuit estimating activities
