As Manager, Software Development, you will lead developers while overseeing secure, reliable, scalable applications. Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into maintainable solutions. Guide Agile delivery, technical standards, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop software developers through regular feedback
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Guide architecture, design, integration, and application maintenance
- Establish coding, testing, security, and documentation standards




- Coordinate deployments and critical application issue resolution

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- At least seven years delivering enterprise software applications
- At least three years managing technical development teams
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of architecture, databases, APIs, and secure coding
