Grey Owl seeks an experienced Qualified Services Engineer for hands-on, project-focused client delivery. You will design, implement, migrate, and improve technology environments across infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking, security, and virtualization. The work supports Onni Group subsidiaries and external commercial clients throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects from discovery through implementation, testing, documentation, and handoff
- Implement infrastructure, firewall, switching, wireless, VLAN, VPN, and routing solutions
- Complete Microsoft 365, identity, Windows Server, and workload migrations
- Develop migration plans, rollback procedures,



and technical checklists
- Coordinate stakeholders, track scope, schedules, budgets, and scope changes

Requirements:

- Five or more years of professional IT infrastructure experience
- Three or more years in MSP, consulting, or professional services
- Independent infrastructure project delivery and production migration experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and client communication skills
- Experience with PSA or project-management systems
