Apply business analytics and analytical programming as an Assistant Professor at MacEwan University’s Triffo School of Business. This is a full time, tenure-track appointment.

The Department of Decision Sciences seeks an entry-level Assistant Professor beginning July 1, 2027. You will teach undergraduate business intelligence, management science, and information systems courses, while developing additional offerings. Your work will connect analytical methods and advanced technologies with business problems, supported by research in business analytics or related decision disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach undergraduate business intelligence courses
- Teach management science and information systems courses
- Develop additional courses in the area




- Conduct high-impact research in a related field
- Build industry relations and promote the student co-op program

Requirements:

- Terminal degree, or near completion, in Business Analytics or related field
- Evidence of teaching experience and potential
- Ongoing research stream in business analytics or related discipline
- Expertise with Python or R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Applied research with Canadian industry applications is desirable
