As Product Manager, Salesforce Hub, you will support business units while exploring Salesforce capabilities and structuring valuable opportunities. The work combines backlog prioritization, workshop facilitation, product exploration, and collaboration with IT teams, architects, experts, and partners. Your focus includes validating initiatives before investment and strengthening organizational Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for Salesforce Hub requests
- Structure, maintain, and prioritize the Salesforce opportunity backlog
- Facilitate demonstrations, proofs of concept,



and discovery workshops
- Assess perks, impacts, feasibility, and success conditions
- Track Salesforce adoption, value, and contribution to objectives

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions and products
- Experience in product management and business analysis
- Understanding of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
