This manager leads buyers, supervisors, and stores personnel while strengthening procurement performance. The work covers supplier evaluation, negotiations, contract management, inventory control, and risk mitigation. You will use data-driven tools and analytics to support decisions and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The position is onsite, 40 hours weekly, and requires relocation for candidates living elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor buyers, supervisors, and stores personnel
- Develop procurement processes aligned with internal policies
- Evaluate suppliers and manage supply risk controls




- Optimize MRO inventory levels and inventory turns
- Procure capital project goods and services

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in procurement, business, or supply chain
- Seven years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms
- Ability to negotiate agreements and identify cost savings
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply risk mitigation
