Lead person-directed developmental services with Community Living Prince Edward, guiding employees and programs supporting youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.

As Supervisor, Supports & Services, you will oversee Community Supports and Services while reporting to the Director, Supports and Services. The position requires leadership in person-directed planning, community engagement, transitions from youth to adulthood, and service quality. You will coordinate day services and community-based supports aligned with organizational values, quality standards, and desired outcomes. Responsibilities also include employee coaching, departmental operations, individualized funding services, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise employees delivering person-directed services
- Oversee day services and community-based supports




- Evaluate employee performance and support professional development
- Manage operations, budgets, resources, and service outcomes
- Strengthen partnerships and expand community participation opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Services or related field
- At least four years of progressively responsible developmental services experience
- Understanding of person-directed planning and community engagement
- Knowledge of transitions from youth to adulthood
- Robust leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
