As Finance and Accounting Manager, you will manage close activities, financial records, payables, receivables, payroll, and expenses. You will also support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and accounting system improvements. The position partners with leadership, accountants, auditors, investors, lenders, and financing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Oversee payables, receivables, payroll, and expense management
- Build cash flow forecasts and support financial planning
- Analyze manufacturing costs,



inventory, and cost accounting
- Improve controls, workflows, and finance system implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Two to four years of external audit experience
- CPA designation completed or in progress
- Solid accounting, reporting, and financial analysis knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills and autonomous working ability
