Church & Dwight Canada seeks a Finance Manager, Business Unit Finance, reporting to the Finance Director, Commercial Finance. You will partner with Commercial leadership, support brand strategy, and strengthen portfolio performance through financial insights. The role also manages and develops one Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Commercial leadership on portfolio objectives and recommendations
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews and explain performance variances
- Evaluate product-price architecture strategies supporting sustainable growth




- Oversee brand P&Ls; and recent product financial components
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and marketing month-end close

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years of progressive finance leadership experience
- CPA designation and/or MBA
- Experience coaching and developing direct reports
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
