Support Mars manufacturing operations as a People and Organization Business Partner, using Workday expertise and workforce analytics across both sites.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Factory Site Line Manager and Supply Chain Leadership Team. This role provides on-site guidance to associates and leaders while deploying regional and functional people priorities. You will strengthen organizational effectiveness, people processes, systems, and associate experience through partnership with MyP&O;, Centers of Excellence, and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day guidance on people matters across the site
- Lead initiatives improving organizational effectiveness and associate engagement
- Deploy and improve core P&O; programs and processes
- Maintain Workday data integrity and analyze workforce trends




- Support organizational changes, talent initiatives, and performance management

Requirements:

- Four or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in business partnering, generalist, or operational HR
- HRIS experience; Workday experience strongly preferred
- Robust communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; manufacturing experience preferred
