Shape staff and student development through training facilitation, adult learning, and learning management systems at Reena. Coordinate learning programs with internal teams and subject matter experts.

As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will research, develop, update, and deliver internal and external courses. The position supports registration, learning plans, training accommodations, and instructor guidance. You will also maintain Reena’s Learning Management System and collaborate on program improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, develop, update, and deliver training courses
- Coordinate registrations, schedules, accommodations, and course meetings
- Design learning plans for struggling staff
- Maintain LMS structure,



functions, content, and user records
- Guide instructors, supervisors, and L&D; team members

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field
- Certificate or diploma in Adult Education
- Three to five years of learning development experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office, LMS 365, and Articulate 360 proficiency
- Experience facilitating blended and online learning
