This temporary full time Senior Manager oversees real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions. The position maintains a 15 to 20-year outlook, develops property portfolios, and advises senior leadership and Council. It also strengthens frameworks for acquisition, disposition, leasing, conveyancing, and rights-of-way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term land strategies supporting future civic projects
- Oversee property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and conveyancing
- Advise leadership and Council on real estate decisions
- Maintain the City's Land Inventory System
- Develop policies governing municipal land assets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate or related discipline
- Significant experience in acquisition, development, and property management
- AACI or R.I. (B.C.) designation
- Knowledge of legislation, appraisal, valuation, and property law
- Valid British Columbia driver's license
