Lead multi-store retail performance for Mind Games across Eastern Canada, using sales leadership and operational expertise in a field-based role. Regular regional travel is required.

As District Manager, you will oversee retail locations, develop Store Managers, and strengthen customer-first experiences. The position requires retail analytics, financial reporting, merchandising knowledge, and performance management. You will partner with Head Office leadership to establish strategic goals and identify business opportunities across the district.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve district financial goals, sales targets, and profitability objectives
- Analyze trends and develop plans improving sales and profitability
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations




- Coach Store Managers toward operational and sales performance
- Conduct store visits and support performance improvements

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of retail experience
- Minimum three years of multi-store management experience
- Experience developing Store Managers and retail leadership teams
- Robust multi-unit analytics and financial reporting understanding
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Eastern Canada
