As a full-time, permanent Advisor, you will strengthen Vancity’s operational resilience through third-party risk management. You will support governance, controls, reporting, and oversight across the organization. Your work will translate regulatory expectations into practical frameworks and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Vancity’s third-party risk management program and framework
- Develop policies, procedures, tools, methodologies, and reporting
- Provide independent second line oversight and challenge
- Analyze risk information for committees and the Board
- Deliver enterprise-wide training and awareness activities
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in third-party or operational risk management
- Post-secondary degree in business, finance, or risk management
- Experience applying OSFI Guideline B-10 requirements
- Experience developing risk frameworks, controls, and policies
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
