StafinGo seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a public-sector digital transformation initiative. You will gather, validate, and document requirements while analyzing processes and supporting solution design. The work includes collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership through testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery, elicitation, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
- Facilitate workshops identifying needs and process improvement opportunities
- Create BRDs, specifications, user stories, criteria, and process flows




- Analyze gaps and recommend operational and digital improvements
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years’ Business Analyst experience
- Large-scale transformation or modernization experience
- Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
