This Building Operator supports base building equipment, systems, and contractors across commercial office properties. Responsibilities include HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety systems. The position also covers preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, testing, and tenant requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor HVAC, hydronic, and domestic water systems
- Perform daily checks, preventive maintenance, and critical system testing
- Respond to work orders and tenant operation requests
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards and regulation violations




- Track work, inspections, compliance testing, and operator logs

Requirements:

- Three or more years in commercial property operations
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety knowledge
- Fourth class power engineering license or BES certification
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office experience
