Lead modular design at MODUS Structures, coordinating Revit, BIM, and multidisciplinary teams across projects from concept through production.

Reporting to the Design Manager, this Design Lead oversees residential, commercial, and mixed-use modular developments. You will coordinate architects, engineers, drafters, BIM specialists, and project managers while aligning design with manufacturing, procurement, and construction. The work includes design documentation, specifications, shop drawings, and IFM packages. You will also support code compliance, technical coordination, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use modular projects
- Coordinate architects, engineers, drafters, BIM specialists, and project managers
- Align designs with manufacturing, procurement, constructability,



and site assembly
- Review specifications, shop drawings, and complete IFM packages
- Ensure designs meet codes, regulations, sustainability goals, and quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or technology diploma in Architecture or related field
- Seven-plus years in architectural engineering or modular design
- Three-plus years in a project team lead role
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and BIM workflows
- Experience with specifications, product selection, and shop drawing review
