Join Get Well Team as a Registered Physiotherapist, delivering expert community physiotherapy services. Focus on rehabilitation and chronic disease management with a multidisciplinary approach. As part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality physiotherapy services, following best practice standards set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. You’ll care for patients with varying chronic and acute conditions, utilizing reflective practice to enhance care quality and patient outcomes. Your contribution will extend to program development and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and interventions
• Manage chronic disease rehabilitation proactively
• Maintain punctual and accurate clinical documentation




• Participate in continuing education for skill enhancement
• Assist in developing and evaluating healthcare programs

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• 3+ years related clinical experience preferred
• Required liability/malpractice insurance
• Proven ability to create effective self-care plans
