Lead automation and controls projects for Worley Consulting in Calgary, coordinating delivery, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
As a Project Manager II, you will lead digital projects across Canada, the United States, and LATAM. The work supports Oil & Gas, mining, and other resource sectors. You will manage project execution, governance, customer relationships, commercial risks, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute project scope within approved budgets and schedules
- Document change orders and secure customer approval
- Coordinate project teams, mobilization, tools, and equipment
- Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members
- Support governance, process improvement, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Over eight years managing projects or advanced industrial automation
- Degree in engineering, instrumentation and control, or automation
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management
- Solid commercial contracting and risk management experience
- Willingness to travel approximately twenty-five percent
