Coordinate CABHI services with strong project management and innovator feedback expertise in a full time daytime position. Shape support for aging and brain health innovators.

Reporting to the Director, Programs and Strategy, the Product Manager, Services manages CABHI’s value-added service portfolio. You will coordinate delivery, evaluation, and improvement across decentralized service owners. The work includes Leap, service access, measurement, and collaboration with innovators, partners, older adults, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous service improvement
- Oversee Leap engagement activities, recruitment, facilitation, and reporting
- Translate older adult and caregiver feedback into actionable insights
- Coordinate intake, navigation, matching, scheduling, communication,



and follow-up
- Track utilization, quality, satisfaction, outcomes, demand, and capacity

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three to five years supporting startups, accelerators, or innovation programs
- Experience coordinating services across decentralized internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management, organization, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience using feedback, data, and measures to improve delivery
