General Dynamics Land Systems–Canada seeks a Specialist, Trainer Operator for onsite work. You will deliver training, develop courseware, operate military vehicles, and support customer communication. The position covers internal and external customers across GDLS-C product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct operator and maintainer training for GDLS-C products
- Develop and maintain training materials using documented processes
- Instruct and operate military vehicles during training or testing
- Complete training bulletins, site reports, and development packages




- Lead trainers and advise site training teams when required

Requirements:

- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent military certification
- Three to five years of instructional experience
- Three years operating and maintaining armored combat vehicles
- Ability to develop lesson and courseware packages using SAT
- Ability to obtain Canadian Restricted PAL and security clearance
