Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Pro expertise meet a remote Senior HR Business Analyst contract supporting Canadian retail implementations. Monthly onsite travel is required.

Insight Global seeks a Senior HR Business Analyst to support adoption across local retail locations. You will gather HR, payroll, and time and attendance requirements, document system needs, and collaborate with business users and program teams. The work spans data conversion, testing, go-live, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support assigned Co-ops through implementation, go-live, and hypercare
- Document scheduling, approvals, overtime, leave, and payroll requirements
- Review CBAs, LOUs, policies, and operational practices
- Validate employee, organizational, vacation, and payroll data




- Troubleshoot process issues between business and technical teams

Requirements:

- Hands-on HRIS, HCM, payroll, or workforce-management implementation experience
- Robust time and attendance and payroll process knowledge
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting HR requirements
- Oracle Cloud HCM or UKG Pro experience
- Ability to travel approximately one week monthly
