As District Manager, you lead productivity, business results, and Client experience across the District. You report to the Regional Vice President and collaborate with the regional team. Your work includes recruiting talent, developing advisors and District leaders, and supporting succession needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute recruiting and sales growth plans aligned with objectives
- Source candidates through community contacts and referral sources
- Coach advisors, BDCs, BDPs, and District leaders
- Monitor targets and adjust District activities as required
- Grow revenue, Client base, productivity, and efficiency

Requirements:

- Business acumen and deep insurance and wealth product knowledge
- Robust sales and business development skills
- Ability to influence across organizational levels
- Expert knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Sound coaching and performance management skills
