As Installation and Repair Supervisor, you will supervise daily operations across independent telephone, FTTH, and CLEC communities. The role combines network installation, repair, quality assurance, and people leadership. You will develop training, monitor performance, and support service excellence through practical guidance and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and repair team activities across multiple networks
- Conduct customer-premises surveys for quality assurance
- Coach employees and facilitate regular team meetings
- Develop training programs, procedures, and performance objectives
- Inspect, repair, splice, and test telecommunications services
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of industry experience
- Experience working in a fibre plant
- Valid G license with clean driving record
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
- Microsoft Office and robust communication skills
